| You might get it to work if you reverse this order.
I don't think so. cvm-vmailmgr will reject/defer to the next
chain for invalid addresses and cvm-qmail will accept it.
They form a union of acceptance regardless of order.
It might help if some other (env) variable indicated that
all/one/none kind of deal each for accept/reject.
