As it is, you can't meaningfully chain modules in lookup mode,
at least not cvm-qmail and cvm-vmailmgr. You might be able to
use cvm-vmailmgr with cvm-pwfile and build your pwfile for the
cvm-qmail cases, if it's at all applicable.
Another option is to reduce your cvm-qmail privileges sufficiently that
the vmailmgr base user dirs are accessible, but the .qmail-default file
in there is not. This might break the usefulness of cvm-qmail though.
