memory leak issue in cfengine

Hi all, I have a number of servers on which i have cfengine-2.1.21 installed.I happened to know about some memory leak issue in cfengine, a reference to which was found at http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02005.html . The above web page states of a memory leak issue in cfengine-2.1.17. Is this issue present in Cfengine-2.1.21 as well ? . If yes, how critical it is , under which conditions it occurs, and in which higher version of cfengine it is solved?
