New release of SCL 1.1.0

Hello Cfengineers,

Released a new version of `cf_surfsara_lib`:

Thanks to Nick Anderson I have added support for "cfbs"  (cfengine build 
system) to SCL

# Version: 1.1.0 (2021-12-21)

This release added suport to install the software via CFEngine build 
system (cfbs). The old method `mpf_installation` will
be deprecated.

The SCL enhancements:
  * `copy_files`, `copy_dirs` and `install_tarballs` set classes if a 
file, directory or tarball has been changed:
   * bundle level: eg: `$(bundle_name)_copy_files_repaired`
   * files level: eg: `canonify("$(bundle_name)_copy_files$(dest)")`
  * `scl_services_enabled`: added `unique` to filter the double entries 
 

  * changed scl templates directory to `def.dir_templates/scl`
  * First time installations will copy all template json files

New service added:
  * sssd -  System Security Services Daemon

These services have bug fixes or new features:
  * nsswitch :
   * rewrote template file to `key: valuue` mustache template. For easy 
support for debian/centos/suse support
  * postfix :
   * removed debian 6,7,8 support
   * fix permisions if we can not start the daemon
   * added new template file `/etc/postfix/canonical_map`
   * added `copy_dirs` section
   * added some new classes:
    * `POSTFIX_STRICT_HANDLING`: Limits the amount of mail per second, 
and adds more restrictions for accepting mail from other hosts
    * `POSTFIX_REJECT_LOCAL`: Reject all mail with the destination localhost
    * `POSTFIX_RECEIVE_TLS`: Enable more TLS options to add TLS support 
on the smtp port for receiving mail
    * `POSTFIX_LOWER_34`: When you are using a Postfix version of 3.4 or 
lower
    * `POSTFIX_DOVECOT`: Enable basic support for authentication via Dovecot
    * `POSTFIX_PFLOGSUMM`: Run the pflogsumm command incombo with 
`copy_dirs` section
  * slurm :
   * configless enhancements added a new class `CONFIGLESS_CONF_LINKS`:
     * will create symlinks in configuration directory for utils that 
need it, eg: pyslurm
