Hi CFEngine team!

Could you please enable IPv6 for cfengine-package-repos.s3.amazonaws.com?
CFEnfine is deployed on a variety of devices with IPv6 only connectivity and
lack of IPv6 support for the package repository complicates the upgrade 
process.
