I've fixed the random timestamp order bug. It was a small bug (hash vs. array), and I basically just had to revert some code to an older style. I have not tested it extensively, but I knew the nature of the bug and was able to track it down immediately. As promised, I've uploaded a new tarball, and am calling this version 3.1. I think this release is pretty mature and should be quite cross-platform now, and should be much easier to implement with the added documentation and examples.
