i couldn't resist to test it with just your (one-line) logfile:

..this is made with modlogan 0.8.13-1 (from debian linux/i386). the 
record even shows up in the stats then under "Requested URL's"
maybe you could strace(1) your modlogan and and watch for crazy things?
