One way would using http://jan.kneschke.de/projects/modlogan/ 

modlogan was my previous project and I'm eagerly looking for someone to
the take it over. modlogan is very flexible, has various parsers and
output generators and is fast. 

So, if someone is looking for a logfile analyzer and wants to maintain
it: step up :)

All my free time is now going into lighttpd.
