It's not quite so bad - it actually worked (for definition of "worked" at one point with the open source library - Aconex worked on this some years back as a hackathon project. I've just had a quick look through, and updated the build to work with current Coin3, SoQt (3D GUI APIs), Qt5, and I stitched pmview back into the build so we do a better job keeping it up-to-date. The missing piece of the puzzle is pmtime integration, since pmtime in current PCP involved a new time protocol that was never really stitched into pmview properly.
