    Revert "build: switch to source-only signed deb uploading"

    This reverts commit 56bf92890d900754c6a5ef1fdd8c9d5c2060ce67.

    This change broke the Debian build.  No deb packages were being
    created.

    src/pmdas/docker: rm domain.h

    domain.h can be recreated in the build and is included in $(LDIRT),
    so should not be committed to git.
