I was not really trying to test for IPv6 support using the IPv6 port (I
should have used a different metric in my examples) ... IPv6 seems to be
working (as the ping6 suggests), PCP has IPv6 support built in (see
below), but _anything_ PCP-related over IPv6 fails ...
kenj@vm00:~$ pminfo -h local: -f pmcd.feature.ipv6
pmcd.feature.ipv6
value 1
kenj@vm00:~$ pcp -h 'pcp://[::1]'
pcp-summary: Cannot connect to PMCD on host "pcp://[::1]": No route to host
