    qa: rename auto restart helper routines

    As Nathan pointed out, on some platforms daemon/service auto
    restarting may be handled by something other than systemd, so
    make these name changes:
        _stop_systemd_restart() -> _stop_auto_restart()
        _restore_systemd_restart() -> _restore_auto_restart()

    qa/common.check: fix cut-n-paste error in journalctl use

    When systemd is in play, this was (recently) broken for
        _service <op> foo
    for any foo other than "pcp" or "pmcd".
