Thanks Toben . :)

I'm able to generate default TCR availability periods. But I'm looking for a report on availability during business hours, say 9am - 6pm. When I select date range I'm not getting any data from default reports. My collection interval is 15 mints and warehouse interval is 1 hour. How can I generate a report for business hours?

Regards
Saby

Saby:  Your question is too broad to be effective.  If you can, flesh out the generality into something with more specific relief so that someone can comment on it.  To ask whether TCR's single/multiple resource uptime report is based on agent availability is akin to asking whether the Bellagio's profit/loss report is based on player betting patterns.  You know the answer is "yes," but more is needed from the inquisitor to know how to respond in a way that matters.
