Sometimes this is due to permission errors on the default logfile location for tacmd.  Think it's in candlehome/logs iirc. It can't write to the logfile so it barfs it onto the screen.

and change to

KBB_RAS1='none'

but don't bother calling IBM Support if you experience any errors in that function....
