Welcome to the list, Jason! So what's the exact error message you're seeing and exactly what steps do you go through to experience it? That information, along with relevant logfile information, system events, any quirkiness in your 6.1 infrastructure, etc. is also very useful for helping you troubleshoot the problem. You can also look in the product Troubleshooting Guide and Google first, of course.
