Jun:  It's just part of the base platform media.  If you download the eAssembly (CRLF2ML) or any of the platform-specific base platform component packages (CIGL[23456]EN) then it'll be an option as part of the base install.  Make sure to note that it doesn't work in an FTO ENV..

If you to *must* have the ITM 630 version, these months are about the only chance you have to get it. If history is a guide, sometime later this year the parts will be replaced by a ITM 630 FP1 level and the GA levels will be dumped. These are sort of a marketing generated package designed to get you started with a minimum of problems. ITM 630 FP1 will doubtless fix a lot of issues - as well as having more Development content. Because of that, Marketing wants you to have only ITM 630 FP1 when it has been packaged.  When the PPA level is "good enough" you will have to apply a fixpack update on top of the PPA images to get the latest fixes.

That's the way it goes...
