ip.pipe is normal unencrypted communication.

ip.spipe uses encrypted communications. The "s" stands for secure.

Sent by: [email protected]

We have our ITM 6.2.3 instance configured using IP:PIPE. Is the
communication between the agents (IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager
Agents for WebSphere Messaging 7.0.1 FP 2) and the application encrypted?

I can find nothing in the documentation saying that encryption is used
right out of the box, but I would like to be sure.

Thanks,
