Jason, This information is for WebSphere: 1. Is this a supported configuration by IBM? I've always understood it isn't. A. I don't know the answer to this, this would have to be a question for IBM support. This was for a POC and not a production release. 2. Can you share how you achieved it? A. There was nothing special required other than at least Java 1.5 (Java 1.4.2 did not work). We did make the changes to the JVM manually and not using the DC configuration tool. This was not a limitation of the product, it was a requirement from the WAS team they only they make changes to the JVM arguments.
