TCR 3.1 & Active OS reports

Hi all. I have installed TCR 3.1 and 6.3.0.1 OS reports. Everything works fine I can run reports against WH data and they all return data. All prereq’s are met etc. etc. When I start a new Workspace canvas I can not find Active Charts and Standard Charts templates under content on the right hand side (under OS reports). What am I missing? I watched a YouTube clip where it was possibly to drag and drop templates with live data serverlists cpu memory etc in dev. Mode.
