I believe you're talking about the video Dan Krissel has put together.

The charts/lists that appear under the Active Charts/Standard Charts are
NOT really shipped with the ITM OS agent report package. Instead,you will
need to create them in Cognos Report Studio.

For example, to build CPU utilization chart widget, you will have to build
a simple report containing just the chart for all systems that can be
filtered by Server Name parameter.
