It's the raw fax data, so MH, MR, or MMR (or possibly JBIG)... depending 
on the fax session parameters.

saverawimage is there for development/debugging/troubleshooting purposes 
(like to compare the data received with the data sent).  I don't know of 
any viewer program that will display MH, MR, MMR, or JBIG raw.  Normally 
these need to be wrapped with something like TIFF or PDF.
