Fax receivers transmit NSF, CSI, and DIS all in one breath. So this is exactly
what we would expect to see. (NSF and CSI are optional. In this case NSF is
not communicated.)

Dec 01 20:02:23.19: [ 5539]: REMOTE CSI "+xxxxxxxxxxxx"

Here we see that CSI is received, but then the modem fails to receive DIS which
we *know* is there.

HylaFAX did nothing different between these two sessions. The modem is what
has responded differently.

So if these are actually the same, identical modem (and I doubt it), then there
is somehow something different about the call audio between them.
