FaxDispatch , action not performing, may be it is a bug

Hi All
  I am evaluating HylaFax community edition. my software details are

OS                            =>     "Fedora release 15 (Lovelock)"
Hylafax version is       =>      hylafax-server-6.0.5-1rhel5.i386
                                 =>      hylafax-client-6.0.5-1rhel5.i386


My hylafax installation is working fine without any problem , now I want to
do some tweaking, my intention is that
# Each time I receive a fax a copy of that fax image should be copied to the
directory "/var/spool/hylafax/forcheck/"
For this aim I have
created folder "/var/spool/hylafax/forcheck/" changed the ownership to
"uucp.uucp"
Now I have edited "/var/spool/hylafax/etc/FaxDispatch" and added the line
/bin/cp $FILENAME /var/spool/hylafax/forcheck/$FILENAME

But when I receive the fax, a copy of the fax is not made in
"/var/spool/hylafax/forcheck/"
Is this a bug? since as per documentation it should work
