[Bug 956] HylaFAX faxgetty on FreeBSD taking 100% CPU

When starting Hylafax, I get this in the logs:

client/63415: Cannot open FIFO: Device not configured

However, I have run the faxsetup and faxaddmodem commands, neither of
which complained about anything, and I do have the FIFO & FIFO.cuau0
devices in the spool directory:

It all basically matches exactly what was on the previous server.

Don't know if that is related to the 100% cpu problem, but apologies for
forgetting it the first time round.
