[Bug 957] Clients can not login

The man page states that it can return ENOSYS and gives encryption export
restrictions as a possible reason for that.  I'm not sure if that's what the
reporter (who reported on the Debian bug tracker and not here) was getting or
not.  From his explanation, though, it sounds like he had some other problem on
the system and merely ran into this issue in the process of
debugging/troubleshooting.
