Up to now we could not reproduce

Yes, software sends document to an email address and the email had correct
document attached

It contains the request for documents to send

they were named differently but the same content

ServerTracing is set to 0x001, can I modify this line securely?

Not since installation. I can provide a copy of the document if needed.
