We are having an issue with a new server build we did for a client when we
try to use the mail2fax scripts. I believe this is a ghostscript issue from
what I have researched but I have yet to find a solution. In the mail2fax
logs I see

Assertion failed "Invalid Str[] index", file "Str.h" line 109.

/usr/local/bin/mail2fax.sh: line 47: 23623 Done cat
$RANDOMFAX/_message_

     23624 Aborted | faxmail -v $TONUMBER

This is a centos 6 x86_64 box with ghostscript 9.05 and hylafax-server 6.0.6
