--001a113f8bd2080747051cf1a11c Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Hello, I am currently working in a project in which I would like to get a fascimile from a local fax machine to my computer using the open source hylafax protocol and then send the received file using a packet switched communication protocol via the PSTN to a distant computer. Both computers are conneted to the PSTN via data modems. I am facing a problem in catching the phone number composed by the end user in the local fax machine. Could anyone please help me or give me any hint about the method that I can use to get the phone number composed in the local fax machine. I think but I am not sure that this phone number is sent in the phase of establishing the connection between the fax machine and the computer (Phase A of the T-30 standard) but I do not know where exactly this information is exchanged neither how to get or grasp it. Any help that you can provide me with is more than greatfull. Thank you very much.
