LineWrap words truncated

Hi, I am deploying fax to email and have one problem. I cannot determine the cause of word truncation when faxmail process a long sentence in utf-8 (or ASCII) I have done a lot of testing and I believe that the problem is at the faxmail stage as it is produced before the typerules kick in. "LineWrap: Yes" is set. Can anyone please put me out of my misery?
