problems to send pdf files

I got a lot of pdf-files from a customer to send it as fax. All this 
pdf-files are created form a software (Pizza Service orders). And every 
month hundreds are sent correct to different faxnumbers.

But if I send to one faxnumber I have problems:
- the duration is sometimes 4 to 5 times longer than to other faxnumbers
- on some faxes the receiver does miss the first word in some lines,
-- it is only in 3 or 4 lines from 20 to 30
-- it is always a whole word on the beginning of a line equal how long 
the word is.
-- the lines are not too long, (Address)
-- It is in different lines within the fax
-- it does not happens in all faxes to this faxnumber.
-- it does not happens to other faxnumbers
-- Sending the same pdf-file (where the errors happens from my hylafax) 
from another computerfax to this faxnumber it is working fine.

The receiver has analog fax: Brother MFC

I am running hylafax++ 5.5.0

I need urgently help!
