Apparently it's coming from the mail2fax.sh script that you're using.

You're going to need to examine the mails that you're sending to the 
mail2fax.sh script.  There should be some debugging options in it if you 
look at the script.  I'm guessing that you're sending it some e-mail 
that has something in the "To:" field that is a word or name or 
something that is getting converted to numbers via dialrules.
