Yes.  Presuming that you want to do this on the server, itself (assuming 
you have a speaker plugged-into that system and the speaker is where you 
will hear the sound)... you can use 'play' from the SoX software package 
to play a sound.

Just add a call to it in your faxrcvd, FaxDispatch, or FaxAccounting 
scripts as may be appropriate on your system.  It's as simple as:

play somesound.wav
