Re: Failed to print V17 to FaxLab. Not passing ATD.

Seems like I just spotted the reason why HylaFax is not going on to the
next phases.  Its waiting for the modem to respond with CONNECT which never
comes.  This points to the modem not picking up the answer tone I presume.
