Beta 13 and jox

Hi Jens,

I assume that you know what you are doing, but testing the latest beta from 
your site, I saw that Oxford support is pretty much messed up in beta 13. 
Some issues:

1. The optional argument appears *before* the citation, instead of after it. 
Might be caused by the recent changes with natbiborder.
2. All markup (italics, parentheses, commas etc) is absent in the citation.
3. In the bibliography, all typical Oxford markup is absent. Instead, 
something jurabib-like appears, with bold authorsnames etc. The order of the 
fields seems Oxford, though. Are these (2 + 3) signs of appropriating 
Mittelbachs complaints about too many LaTeX based configurables? Just a 
curious question.

I guess you are simply in the process of reorganising things. Just to keep you 
informed about the consequences of this reorganising for jox. That might 
facilitate the task of ever updating several configurations at once when 
modifying something. I didn't attach test files, because these problems will 
be evident from whatever test file you pick with jox.
