I have found two bugs in that to date:
1. 'et al' - the mhra uses 'and others' instead of 'et al'

2. @phdthesis:
at the moment it outputs:
=20
William Eugene Simeone, 'Sir Richard Fanshawe: An Account of his Life and=20
Writings', Ph. D thesis, University of Pennsylvania (1950), pp. 166-79.

This should be:
William Eugene Simeone, `Sir Richard Fanshawe: An Account of his Life and=20
Writings' (unpublished doctoral thesis, University of Pennsylvania, 1950),=
=20
pp. 166=9679.=20

Can anyone solve these issues?

Thanks!
