Series delimiters

Hello,

First of all, congratulations to Jens et al. for 0.6. My doctoral
thesis now processes without any trouble, so a few bugs must have
disappeared.

Here is my request for jurabib/jox:

I use the "series" field with most of my "Book" entries. As it is
now, there is no separator in the Bibliography between the series
and the "address" field. I would like to be able to at least put a
comma there.

Ideally (this is a second, more optional request), a 'series' entry like:

series = {Folio},

would appear in the Bibliography as:

coll. « Folio », Paris, Gallimard, 1999.

Is any of this possible?
