No, not yet. Chicago support remained in planning stages. Oxford style (oxford
option to jurabib and jox bibliography style most closely resembles Chicago.
It does everything with commas instead of full stops, though. There were a few
people that wanted Chicago, I was one of them, but it has never reached
something usable. I'm no longer interested in it, because I work in Germany
now, even further away from American reference styles. Jens Berger, the main
developer of Jurabib, aims to implement a generic bib style generating thing.
That would solve this issue. However, he seems to have little spare time left
at the moment
