If you have problems, please provide *always*
minimal, but complete (which means with
relevant .bib file entries -- *not* attached
.bib files!) example documents without any
superfluous packages loaded! (Perhaps you have
noticed that I'm ignoring questions without
minimal example documents and questions
which can be answered by reading the manual)
