I would like to maintain this specification file and would suggest
somethink like this:
ARCHIVAL citation:

<sig1>/<sig2>--<sig3>, <sig4>, <sheets>, <sheet>
ARCHIVAL bibliography:
\textbf{<archive> (shortarchive)}: \par
\textit{<subarchive> (shortsubarchive)} \par
\hspace{5mm}<sig1>/<sig2>--<sig3>, <sig4> (<archname>)
