bug in (book)titleaddon

Hi all,

i have encountered a bug with the titleaddon (and booktitleaddon) 
fields. When you have a "?" at the end of a title, jurabib automatically 
recognizes it and does not set a dot. But this is not the case if a 
titleaddon ends with a question mark. The same is the case for 
booktitleaddon. This is true for version 0.6, due to lack of time I 
could unfortunately not check if this bug also appears in the latest 
beta version.
