Display of short title on all footnotes.

Hello all--
I'm just getting started with jurabib (and BibTeX for that matter), but I
already like what I'm seeing. I just have one slight issue that I'm having
some trouble with.
I'm currently using the configuration:
\usepackage[titleformat=italic,%
titleformat=commasep,%
commabeforerest,%
authorformat=reducedifibidem%
citefull=first,%
ibidem=name&title,%
oxford,%
pages=format]{jurabib}
This is probably needlessly complicated--it's a mix of what looked good from
the screenshots on the webpage and in the documentation.
My problem: when I cite works for the second time, I only sometimes see the
title cited--only when I cite multiple works by the same author. I'd like for
it to show the short title, or title if there is no shorttitle, every time I
cite an ibid work. (I've added shorttitle fields to things that don't have
them, but it doesn't seem to do much good. Do I need to use
\[foot]citetitle{} all the time to get what I want?)
Thanks,
Sam Smith
