Unfortunately, changing the options to citefull=all doesn't seem to have any
effect when ibidem is set to name&title.  I still only see titles on ibid'ed
citations when I cite authors with multiple works. Explictly entering short
titles in the bibliography file doesn't seem to work either--the same
behavior occurs.

I believe the documentation mentioned something about ibidem implying
citefull=first, or something like that.  Moving the citefull=all option below
the ibidem option eliminated the ibids entirely.

Any other ideas?
