customation of jurabib?

hallo,

i have to write my master's thesis in business administration. I
switched to Latex after some "horrible" experience with word.
Therefore i am a newbie with latex and bibtex and jurabib and...

Everything works quite fine until now, but the reference list of my
thesis has to fulfil very strict requirements. I hope somebody can
tell me how to configure jurabib:

for german journals it has to like that:
Mustermann, Max/Musterfrau, Erika: Das Wetter von heute, in: DZfP, 33.
Jg. (2005), S. 45-67.

and for an english journal:
Mustermann, Max/Musterfrau, Erika: Weather today, in: JWO, Vol. 35
(2005), S. 45-67. 

I already found out how to set the commas, dots and so on but until
now i could not configure the "Jg." or "Vol.".
