Dear Hélène,
I cannot reproduce your problems here (MikTeX on Win2000). In both cases
i get the following order:
Bibliothèque de l`Arsenal (Bibl. Arsenal):
Recueil Conrart:
- 5414
Bibliothèque nationale (B.N):
Collection Dupuy (coll Dupuy):
- 480
Manuscrits francais (Ms.)
- 18431
- 5185
Apart from that I do it the same way as you do with three different
files for archives, printed sources and secondary literature. But since
I still have some problems with @archival I still use @booklet for my
archival-entries. That is not perfect, but might do. I will have a more
closer look at the @archival though in the very near future.
I hope I could help you a bit,
Matthias
