edby=true broken?

I really need to use the edby option, i.e. to have @incollection and
@inbook appear as "<title>, edited by <editor names>", instead of the
default "<editor names> (eds.), <title>".  For some reason, this
doesn't work for me.

Here's my jurabib setup:

\jurabibsetup{%
citefull=chapter,%
authorformat=smallcaps,%
%authorformat=abbrv,%
crossref=dynamic,%
titleformat=all,%
see=true,%
oxford,%
edby=true,%
commabeforerest=true,%
pages=always,%
idem=strict}

Even with edby=true, I only get the default.  Help!
