edby... again

I've had lots of great help from the jurabib community (God bless Jens
for this gift to scholarship), but there's one thorn in my side.  I've
posted several times over the last two years about my seeming
inability to make the edby option work, and haven't received an
answer.  If my understanding is correct, the simplified document
copied below, with the appended .bib file, should produce a citation
that looks like:

J. Barrow, `English cathedral communities and reform in the late tenth
and eleventh centuries', in: \emph{Anglo-Norman Durham}, ed. D.
Rollason, M. Harvey and M. Prestwich (Woodbridge: Boydell Press,
1994), pp. 25--39, at p. 238.

Instead, I get:

J. Barrow, `English cathedral communities and reform in the late tenth
and eleventh centuries', in:   D. Rollason, M. Harvey and M. Prestwich
(eds.), \emph{Anglo-Norman Durham} (Woodbridge: Boydell Press, 1994),
pp. 25--39, at p. 238.

This is becoming supremely annoying, and as my deadline approaches (a
big one coming up on August 1), I'd really like to fix it!

If this little test is typesetting correctly on someone else's
machine, then there's obviously something wrong with my set-up.
