editor in italics depending on entrytype

Hi all,

due to publisher guidelines, I have to achieve the following: the 
authors and editors have to be in italics, BUT: in incollections 
only the authors should be in italics, the editors in normal shape. 
Example:

<i>Author:</i> Title...
<i>Editor:</i> Title...
<i>Author:</i> Title. In: Editor: Booktitle...
                          ^^^^^^^
                          That's the problem: no italics here!

I fear this is not possible with the jurabib options, but maybe by 
tweaking the sty and/or bst files. I tried a little bit around, but 
with no success which might be due to the fact that I am quite 
ignorant concerning bibtex programming... 

Any suggestion (also pointings to the right place in sty/bst files) 
is welcomed!
