colon after author

Hello

With \renewcommand*{\bibansep}{:} I can place e.g. a colon after
the author in the bibliography. But how can I make a colon after
the author in the text? The above command doesn't do that (illogicaly).

\usepackage {jurabib}

\jurabibsetup{
    citefull=all,
  }

\begin{document}
\cite{broxbgb}
\bibliographystyle{jureco}
