more than two authors and comma between last name

Dear all,

I am beginner with jurabib. I am convinced by the quality of the
program, but there is a problem I could not find a solution for so far.

If I have e.g. in the bibtex-file

@ARTICLE{Mueller_05,
  AUTHOR =       {Mueller, Gerd; Maier, Sepp; Lehmann, Jens; Schulze,
Hans},
  TITLE =        {Goals - how to score and how to avoid},
  JOURNAL =      {Soccer easy},
  YEAR =         {2005},
  volume =       {2},
  number =       {},
  pages =        {200-208},
  month =        {},
  note =         {},
  abstract =     {},
  keywords =     {},
  source =       {},
}

this gives me in the bibliography:

Mueller, Gerd; Maier, Sepp; Lehmann Jens; Schulze Hans (2005), Goals -
how to score and how to avoid, in: Soccer easy, 2, 200–208.


So, the commas between the last and the first and last name of the
third and fourth author are missing.

I used this setting for generating the output file:

Does anybody know a solution to have commas between the last and first
name of the third and fourth author.
