Thanks very much for the help, Charles.  As you say, the exclusion of 
the publisher field is a problem.

All of which leads me to think that we do badly need a separate package
for Humanities citation. It's so widely variable, with individual 
professors requiring their PhD students to adhere to private formats,
that something which is configurable *without* having to resort to
writing BiBTeX code is becoming essential. Jens has done a superb job
here adapting jurabib, but it's unfair to expect him to keep modifying
jurabib just to please what is (for legal citation users) a peripheral
group.
